If you have a question, feedback, or want to collaborate, I’d love to hear from you. Here’s how to get in touch with Lucid Gen, along with a few things worth knowing before you reach out.
Send Me an Email
The fastest way to reach me is by email: contact@lucidgen.com
I typically reply within 1–3 business days. If you haven’t heard back after 5 days, your message may have ended up in spam — feel free to send it again with a clear subject line so it’s easier for me to spot.
To help me respond more effectively, try to include: what problem you’re running into, what device or environment you’re using, and what you’ve already tried. A message with enough context gets a much more useful reply than one that just says “it’s not working, please help.”
When Should You Reach Out?
Feel free to get in touch if any of the following applies:
Correcting or improving content: If you spot something in an article that’s outdated, inaccurate, or could be explained better, I genuinely appreciate hearing about it. Technology moves fast — a guide that’s accurate today might need updating in just a few months. Lucid Gen is committed to keeping its content reliable over time, and readers are often the first to notice when something has changed. Your feedback directly makes the blog better.
Questions on topics not yet covered: If you’re running into a problem related to what Lucid Gen writes about — Mac & iOS, productivity tools, SEO, Analytics, data, or programming — and you can’t find a clear answer, feel free to ask. I can’t always respond individually, but if the question is common enough and I have hands-on experience with it, I’ll write a full article instead of just replying over email.
Collaboration and partnerships: If you or your organization is interested in working together — tool reviews, sponsored content, or other formats — send me a short description of your idea, who the product is for, and what you’re hoping to achieve. I’ll review it and get back to you if it feels like a good fit for the blog’s direction.
Reporting a technical issue: If you notice a broken link, an image that won’t load, an unusually slow page, or anything else that seems off, please let me know with the specific URL and a brief description of what you’re seeing. That makes it much easier to track down and fix quickly.
Sharing your experience: This is honestly the kind of message I enjoy receiving most. If something on Lucid Gen helped you solve a problem, saved you time, or taught you something you didn’t know before — I’d love to hear about it. Knowing that the content is actually useful to someone is the biggest motivation to keep going.
What I’m Not Able to Help With
To save time for both of us, there are a few things I’m not able to support directly through email.
In-depth consulting, complex debugging, or ongoing technical support aren’t services Lucid Gen offers. For those kinds of needs, communities like Stack Overflow, Reddit, or topic-specific Facebook groups are much better suited.
I also don’t accept link insertion requests, link exchanges, or similar off-page SEO arrangements. Every link on Lucid Gen is chosen based on its genuine value to readers, not through agreements.
