Why switch LadiPage to web hosting when it’s a free landing page hosting platform? The case may be that you want to hand over the landing page that made a client let them manage themselves. But it’s impossible to give them the LadiPage account. At this time we have two directions to handle:
- First direction: Ask them to create a LadiPage.vn and you export the design file over to them. This is easy but a bit expensive for guests if they only need 1 landinng page.
- Second direction: Ask them to buy hosting and export source LadiPage.vn through hosting for them. This is economical but complicated to handle.
This article I will guide the second suggested tutorial is to switch pages from LadiPage to hosting. Let’s get started.

LadiPage steps on hosting
Step 1: Get the source of the landing page created for hosting.
Step 2: The DNS revision has returned LadiPage.vn to default / point to hosting.
Get the source of the landing page created for hosting
On LadiPage.vn, go to the designed landing page, click the 3 dots and select Export .html to download the html file.
Then, in Cpanel’s hosting, you go to File Manager.
In Cpanel’s File Manager, select the public_html if it’s the primary domain. Click Upload to upload html files from LadiPage.vn upload.
After uploading the html file, click on the Go Back to… to return to the File Manager interface.
Right-click the html file you just uploaded, rename it index.html.
The result will be like this, finishing the section in File Manager.
Point the domain back to hosting again
Next, in terms of pointing back the domain name, there are 3 cases as follows:
- You buy a domain name and host the same provider. That earlier you took on Cpanel’s hosting to point LadiPage.vn. You can follow the instructions below.
- You buy a domain name and host the same provider. You’ve previously entered your domain’s DNS Management to point LadiPage.vn. You re-enter manage your domain’s DNS to restore DNS to default. You no longer need to follow this guide.
- You buy the domain at provider A and buy hosting at provider B.-
You need to go to domain management at provider A, find nameserver managem
ent.- Edit the default Nameserver to nameserver of hosting provider
B.That’s it. You no longer need to follow this guide.
If you do not know the nameserver of hosting provider B then go to Google to find “nameserver name provider B” is out, or you chat online ask the technical department of hosting provider B.
If you’re in case 1, continue restoring DNS so you don’t point LadiPage.vn anymore. You need to enter Zone Editor in Cpanel’s hosting.
Click MANAGE to enter DNS management in Cpanel.
Click the settings button in the left corner and choose Reset Zone
Click CONTINUE to proceed with DNS restore.
Changing DNS will take time to update, about 1 hour to 1 day. Depending on the provider, to see if you have pointed or not, you can check the step below.
Check the domain that has pointed to hosting
To know if the domain name has actually pointed about hosting yet you need to go to the CMD on the computer to check.
Type the ping tenmien.com enter to check where the IP came from. If it is the IP of hosting is already pointing to hosting.
Here, I see still the IP of LadiPage, some time later try again by: type ipconfig /flushdns to clean DNS memory on the computer, then continue to be ping tenmien.com.
Create subdomain to fight fires
Assuming you need that page fold to run ads instantly and don’t want to point to LadiPage.vn, you can create a subdomain to fight fires because its DNS will be the default, you don’t need to wait for DNS to update at all.
Go to Cpanel and choose Subdomains.
Give your Subdomain a name and click create it. The example I created is khuyenmai.tenmien.com.
You still go to File Manager and upload the html file again, but this time select the folder of the subdomain just created. Be sure to rename the file to index.html.
Subdomain results are right. As for the main domain name, we must patiently try again after a while.
Ending
In short, you need to remember 2 rules, first to get the source code for hosting, then check the domain pointing so that it does not point LadiPage.vn anymore but points to hosting. Touching DNS takes time for the server to update.
Last action if you are too difficult to handle, please contact the support team of both parties. You can create a ticket and send all management information to the technical department of the hosting party, asking them to do it. However, you may have to wait a long time, so take the action to do it faster.
